Mango Salsa & Juice
When you have enough mangoes to share, why not make mango salsa and mango juice?
**Avoid if you have allergies to mango or guava**
Benefits of Mango:
Minerals, cleanses the blood, helps skin and vision, improves digestion, lowers cholesterol and many more.
Salsa:
Two large mangoes diced
One slice onion, diced
One sweet red pepper, diced
One sweet yellow or orange pepper, diced
One jalapeno, diced (more or less depending on the heat you desire)
1 cup of cilantro, chopped
One slice of lime, squeezed
(Optional- chopped tomatoes or 2 tablespoons of salsa)
Mango/ Banana/ Pineapple/ Guava Water
1 cup of frozen mango chunks
half frozen banana
two cups pineapple chunks
8oz guava juice
12 oz water
Blend well.
You can drink it immediately but it will be thick like a smoothie. I put mine in the fridge and bring it to work with me the next day. Shake well and enjoy :)
